Hot Springs is located in the Southern Black Hills of South Dakota. The club was chartered in September 1946.

Activities :

** Vision, hearing and blood sugar testing through the South Dakota Lions Foundation Mobile Screening Unit, ** Miss South Dakota Parade organizer and sponsor. Assist with Miss South Dakota Pageant, ** South Dakota Lions Foundation, ** Eye examinations, ** Eye glasses, **Contribute to Miss South Dakota Scholarship program, ** Leader Dogs for the Blind Program ** Lions blood drive, ** Boys Scouts, ** SD Lions Eye Bank, ** Sponsored 2004 and 2005 SD Lions Eye Bank Golf Tournament, ** Community Clean up  **Food baskets.
